Description
The Kearney Women’s Scholarship is open to female citizens or permanent residents of an Eastern European country who are university students in their second year of undergrad through their final year of graduate study.
The recipient will be provided with:
•    Up to €10,000 to be used to support either their next year of study or other education-related activities
•    Mentorship from a senior female consultant
•    A 10-week internship in one of the EE offices
•    Access to all in-house training
 

How to apply
Applicants are asked to submit both items below to be considered:
1.    Submit a 1- to 2-minute video in response to the two questions: “Tell us about a time where someone inspired you and why.” “Tell us about a time you went above and beyond.” Videos need to be sent by link (for example, Google Photos, Apple iCloud), with EE.HR@kearney.com as the "email to" address.
2.    Submit a cover letter, CV and academic transcripts (unofficial copies are acceptable). Please submit your documents through the Kearney local career pages / Apply Online / Women’s Scholarship Program 2022.
Application deadline: January 2nd, 2022
Finalists selection: January 15th, 2022
Finalists’ day event: February 18th, 2022
   
Our Women’s Scholarship Finalists’ Day will be held in our Prague office and shortlisted finalists must be available to attend the day. Kearney will be supporting all travel expenses. If circumstances require, the date may change or the event may shift to an online format.
 
Qualifications
•    Excellent knowledge of English and one of the local languages of Eastern Europe (Russian, Romanian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian, Slovenian, Croatian, or Serbian); proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus
•    Proven record of academic excellence
•    International experience (work or study)
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
•    Forward-thinking and collaborative approach to problem-solving
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
